8.1 Conclusion

As you now know, Adobe Illustrator is a very useful tool. But this course has only scratched the surface of what Illustrator can do. You now have some useful basic skills, and are ready to learn more. I hope you enjoyed the course as much as I enjoyed making it. My name's Simona, and from all of us here at Tuts+ thanks for watching.

8.1 Conclusion

Hello again, and thank you for watching the course The Fundamentals of Adobe Illustrator. It was an absolute pleasure to explore Adobe Illustrator with you, and walk you through some of the fundamental tools. We know have to start with shapes and how to transform them, how to use the Rebuilt Pencil tool. How to use the Paintbrush tool as well. We also learned about the Mighty Pen tool and discovered the Curvature tool. At the same time, we know how to color our artwork either with the swatches or the color picker or use the live paint bucket. We know how to use the Type tool and even format text. Then we saved our artwork and we even printed it too. At least I did. While this is really only scratching the surface of the power of Adobe Illustrator. Adobe illustrator can help you unleash your inner artist and you will be able to create stunning vector based images with it. Once you've learned all the essentials nothing can stop you to become a pro and get equipped with special techniques and tricks. Adobe Illustrator is really the software of my choice, and you can create logos, cartoons, animations, web designs, or icons, and some stunning artwork. So I hope you learned the fundamentals of Adobe Illustrator. And hopefully, this knowledge will inspire you to learn more about the software. I really hope I sparked your interest in Adobe Illustrator. And I hope to see you again in the next course.
