1.1 Introduction
Hello, and welcome to Advanced Techniques in CorelDRAW. I'm Mary Winkler for tuts+. In this course, we'll tackle more advanced and intermediate drawing and rendering techniques within CorelDRAW X7. We'll transform simple ellipses and circles into fully rendered items thanks to the mesh tool, fountain fill, and various interactive tools. We'll create custom brushes and textures to bring an assortment of objects to life within a dynamic composition, as well as explore shortcuts to speed up our design creation process. You'll strengthen your shape building, rendering, and color choosing skills within CorelDRAW, giving you a leg up on creating semi-realistic illustrations and more. In the end, we'll have created a colorful, fully rendered still life illustration with a variety of techniques for each of the illustration's elements.
