1. How to a Move a Guide in Illustrator
If you wish to change a guide's position in Illustrator, make sure that your guides are not locked. Just go to View > Lock > Guides and be sure that there's no check mark.
Pick the Selection Tool (V) or the Direct Selection Tool (A) and simply click and drag a guide to move it.



2. How to Move Guidelines in Illustrator
You can always move more than one guideline at once. Click and drag across the guides that you wish to select and hold down the Shift key as you click and drag whenever you need to add more guides to your selection. Once selected, click and drag one of these guides to move all your selected guides.



Keep in mind that your guides can also be selected from the Layers panel (Window > Layers), and here you can easily lock separate guides.
