What You'll Need
To recreate the black hoodie mockup above, you will need the following resources:
1. How to Start Creating a Black Hoodie Mockup
In this section, we are going to start creating the hoodie mockup. First, we need a hoodie 3D model—I'll use Men's Hoody Black from Envato Elements.

2. How to Create a Front Black Hoodie Mockup Perspective
Step 1
In this section, we are going to create a black hoodie mockup from the front perspective. Click on the View 360 Render to adjust the perspective to the front, set Download as to PSD, and choose Download this Angle.

Step 2
Now we have our 3D model ready. Go to File > Open, choose the PSD file that we have just downloaded, and click Open. Then, hide the Shadows layer.

Step 3
Select the Subject [Flat] layer, set the foreground color to #ff0000
, choose the Rectangle Tool (U), click inside the canvas, and drag to create a new rectangle shape layer in a size that covers the front of the hoodie.

Step 4
Now press Control-T on your keyboard to transform this layer, and set the Width and Height to 125%.

Step 5
Right-click on this layer and choose Convert to Smart Object. Then, press Control-T to transform this layer, and set the Width and Height to 85%.

Step 6
Now press Control-Alt-G to create a clipping mask.

Step 7
Press Control-T to transform this layer, Right-click anywhere inside the transform box, and choose Warp. Then, warp the layer as shown below:

Step 8
Now Double-click on this layer thumbnail, and in the newly opened file, hide the Rectangle 1 layer. Then, go to File > Place Embedded, select the image from the link and choose Place. Then, transform and position the design as shown below:

Step 9
Go to File > Save to save the changes, and close this file. Then, return to the mockup file, select the Rectangle 1 layer, change the Blending Mode of this layer to Lighten, and name it Design. Next, Right-click on this layer and choose Yellow to mark it with a yellow color so it's easier to find as it's the main layer for the mockup.

Step 10
Now we need to place the design over the hoodie to make it look more realistic, so we need to create a displacement map. Go to Image > Duplicate to duplicate this file, and in the newly opened file, hide the Design layer and show the Depth folder. Then, select the Mens Hoody 2 Black folder, and press Control-Alt-Shift-E on your keyboard to make a screenshot.

Step 11
Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and set the Radius to 5 px. Then, go to Image > Mode and change the Mode to 8 Bits/Channel. Next, go to File > Save As to save the file as PSD, and close it.

Step 12
Now return to the mockup file, select the Design layer, go to Filter > Distort Displace, and set the Horizontal and Vertical Scale to 25, Displacement Map to Stretch To Fit, and Undefined Areas to Repeat Edge Pixels.

Step 13
Go to Layer > Layer Mask > Reveal All to add a layer mask that reveals the whole layer. Then, set the foreground color to #000000
, choose the Brush Tool (B), pick a soft brush, and brush over the ribbons of the hood so the design doesn't cover them.

Step 14
Click on the link icon between the layer thumbnail and mask to unlink them. Then, select the layer thumbnail, press Control-T to transform this layer again, Right-click anywhere inside the transform box, and choose Warp. Next, warp the layer to make the design match the contours of the hoodie.
3. How to Create a Side Black Hoodie Mockup Perspective
Step 1
In this section, we are going to create the black hoodie mockup from the side perspective. Click on the View 360 Render to adjust the perspective to the side, set Download as to PSD, and choose Download this Angle.

Step 2
Now go to File > Open, choose the PSD file that we have just downloaded, and click Open. Then, hide the Shadows layer.

Step 3
Follow the same process that we used for the front perspective to create, position, and transform the smart object layer. However, this time, adjust the Warp to match the side perspective.

Step 4
Now place the design into a smart object, select the Rectangle 1 layer, change the Blending Mode of this layer to Lighten, name it Design, and set its color to Yellow.

Step 5
Press Control-T on your keyboard, Right-click anywhere inside the transform box, and choose Warp. Then, adjust the warp to make the design match the contours of the hoodie.

Step 6
Now displace the design with the same method that we used for the front perspective.

Step 7
Go to Layer > Layer Mask > Reveal All to add a layer mask that reveals the whole layer. Then. set the foreground color to #000000
, choose the Brush Tool (B), pick a soft brush, and brush over the ribbons of the hood.

Step 8
Click on the link icon between the layer thumbnail and mask to unlink them. Then, select the layer thumbnail, press Control-T to transform this layer, Right-click anywhere inside the transform box, and choose Warp. Next, adjust the warp again if needed to perfectly match the design with the hoodie.
