What You'll Be Creating

In this tutorial, I'll teach you how to create a floral brochure template in Adobe InDesign. You'll learn how to create a flower typography cover, arrange and format the inside of a flower shop catalog, and apply floral accents to make your florist brochure stand out.

Before we jump in, if you're short on time, don't hesitate to grab one of many floral brochures available on Envato Elements like the one below.

What You'll Need

Step 2

Command-click inside the layer mask to select it. Create a new layer and fill this layer with #c37428. Change this layer to Multiply and set the Opacity to 82%. Next, apply a Gaussian Blur with a Radius of 37 pixels. Move this orange shadow down about 50 px.

  • AJ's: 791 pt, #ffffff
  • Garden: 395 pt, #ffffff

Create a layer mask on your text layers and use the Brush Tool (B). Use a 25 px soft brush. Mask out parts of the text to reveal the flowers beneath.
