2.1 Small ‘Brick’

Now we’re ready to start practicing some strokes. First we’ll work our way through the most basic stroke, the ‘brick’, which makes up many letters of the Blackletter alphabet. We’ll cover the four directions the ‘brick’ can go to form the tops and bottoms of letters. Be sure to print off a practice page.
