Hi! I am Andy, a graphic designer from Italy (but actually I live in London). Let's talk about my cassette... today I was listening to a band called "Does it offend you, yeah?", et voila'! The song "yeah" gave me the inspiration for this huge angry robot! That's it!
My name is Arthur and I am a graphic designer in the San Fernando Valley, CA. You can visit my site to view more of my work including my online comic "Bog and Skritch".
This online Tape Design Challenge looked fun. Here is my Gizmo Tape, inspired by the movie "Gremlins". The music you'd here on the tape would be the 80's silly scary music, with corporate office people saying, "o Gosh" and other sound bits.
Looking forward to the next Challenge.

Here's my design for the cassette design challenge. This represents an 80's song, "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves. The red, white, and black are based on the singer's graphic-patterned shirt in the video. The bright blue represents blue 1980's eyeshadow.
I am a web design student, just getting started with vector design. I am enjoying the great designs everyone has submitted for this project.
I'm a professional artist, philanthropist, and graphic designer. Here is my cassette, not motivated by a song, but for a purpose.

Hi! My tape is inspired from the video clip for Chemical Brothers song Galvanize.
Hi there, I am a student on the education Art & Design. I wanted to make a cassette in the style of the 90's. I love the 90's music and the bright and faded colors.
I have made inspiration by patterns of the 90's from Google and a color palette with 90's colors. on it.
Hope you like it :-)
I'm a 3D/Graphic Designer for a local beading and jewelry making company. I've been in the business for 6 years professionally. Love Adobe Illustrator since my first class. My inspiration came from Amanda Blank's song Something Bigger, Something Better.
Hello, My name is Harumi. This is my design for the Vectortuts+ Cassette Design Challenge.
One of my favorite songs is "Suddenly I see" by KT Tunstall. I find the lyrics motivating, inspiring, it makes me want to learn new things or try something different, makes me smile and gives me a lot of energy.
The color I picked is yellow for sunshine and happiness. I added sparkles, stars and rainbows and of course my happy face!
Keena Nicole Lawrence
This was inspired by Lily Allen's "Smile".
My name is Keena and I am student at Full Sail University. This is my design for the Vectortuts+ Cassette Design Challenge. !
I’m Karl-Jason Mawdsley – I like drawing things and making them move.
I always thought that the bit in the middle of the tape looked like a mouth when I was a kid so… that’s my inspiration – if you wanna call it that ;D

This is my cassette design; it is inspired by the song Happy Eyez by Coco Rosie.
I think the song is super cute so as a result I have taken my design in the same direction.
I'm Matha Fix and I use Inkscape to make some free vectors.
Joe Strummer would be 60 this coming Tuesday. He, the Clash and the Mescaleros have been the sound track to my workday many times over the years. This is my small tribute to the man and his music.
Hi! My name is Nastasia and I'm a freelance illustrator.
This is my design for the Vectortuts+ Cassette Design Challenge! I love Muse and their song Uprising was my inspiration for this cassette. In the song you can hear hands clapping, so that along with hands rising up/uprising was something I believed to be very fitting to show what the song is about.

I'm Nick, Illustrator of many things forever but really properly since '06. Inspired by Britain, the Olympics and the Sex Pistols (union flag - god save the Queen) I ahem ..spent longer than I should have tinkering with the cassette. :) cheers

Hello, we're VIKING Designers, a young french graphic design agency.
Here's our design for the Vectortuts+ Cassette Design Challenge. Well technically, we did this poster about a year ago (this was our "minimalist poster period") but you gotta admit this looks like pretty close to the design you proposed! Hope you like it!
