In Photoshop 13.1, Adobe made some minor tweaks to the Pen Tool as well as the Layer Panel. You can now adjust an anchor point of a path by holding down the spacebar. In addition, the Layer Panel has also been improved so when you merge several layers, the merged layer will now take on the name you've given to that layer as opposed to just giving it the same name as the topmost layer. Martin Perhiniak will explain.
